- Rates are set by each host and shown to registered companies on their profile as an hourly figure. They vary with the city, language skills and experience, and technical product demonstrators usually charge more.
- How far in advance should I book a trade show host?
- For major fairs, four to six weeks ahead gives you the widest choice. When you send a request, HostHive shows the days the host is already booked or unavailable.
- Can I hire multilingual hosts?
- Yes. Every profile lists spoken languages, and you can filter hosts by language so an international stand is covered end to end.
- Do hosts have industry experience?
